As a single family office that is dedicated to investing in deep tech companies, venture capital funds and visionary leaders, we are always looking for innovative and exciting opportunities to support. By taking a long-term view and engaging in strategic partnerships, we help our portfolio companies achieve their goals and generate positive returns for our investors. Our approach is grounded in a deep understanding of the industries we invest in, as well as the challenges and opportunities that they present. With capital that originates in South East Asia and deployed globally, we take a holistic approach to cross cultural investing. To put it simply, we seek to create value for those who create value.

JESSE WELCH

CEO

Jesse has spent the past 15 years as an operator and financier in the entertainment, tech, real estate, and financial space on sell side, buy side, operations, and in capital markets. He has worked cross culturally across 4 different contents. From his undergraduate days rowing at Ohio State to building teams and raising capital through cold calls, he knows what it takes to see a challenge through.

He has successfully (and sometimes unsuccessfully) co-founded tech companies, a hedge fund, a PE firm, and a boutique investment bank.

VENTURE PARTNER

Cathy's expertise at LIG Capital comes from her years of experience working in different family offices across the US and Asia. She is well-versed in a range of asset classes, including hedge funds, mutual funds, and VC/PE. She specialized in deep tech, with an emphasis on semiconductor and cybersecurity solutions.

Not only has she been successful on the finance side of the business world, but she has also mentored new founders and owned cross cultural supply chains and advanced manufacturing operations.

Sbe studied international finance at Beijing Normal University, Zhuhai (BNUZ), Investment and financial risk management at Cass Business School and Economics and management, Oxford University as a visiting student.
